After talking to a few of you and trying to write the second exam, I have decided to move it until Tuesday, March 20. That way we can cover more (less on the final!) and it won't be hanging over your head on Spring Break.

So I had my second "re-union" dinner. It was rather hilarious.. The whole dinner thingi. Then, dad called (they called earlier when I was munching on my dinner, so did Eng Han) We skyped. Having complained this for n-number of times. I still think that it wasn't fair for me to not see them, when they had the pleasure to see me through video conferencing. Talked a lot about things. Glad to know that things are going well for the family. Also talked about many other plans. Plans that I'm excited about.

Will update later. I think it's way past my bedtime..=.="

by the fact that I woke up early. LOL

And my patience of a certain issue.

Fun stufz

Tim and I "played" naruto on ps2 earlier today. Followed by brunch. Then, continued playing the game. Departed for the mall, along with Fred. Looked around for departmental stores to find the stuff that we set out to buy. Got the stuff. Altho, I must admit that I was kind of dissapointed that I didn't get to purchase a pair of boots that I thought were ok (cause the size that they had were too big.. I wear size 6 1/2 here) Lunchner at Ruby's Tuesday, along with Joe.

Went to Best Buy having eaten a 1 hour + luncher. Saw something interesting in that place. First and foremost, the amazing BOSS headphones. Obviously, too expensive for me to acquire. Nevertheless, a good experience when testing the product. Then, a whole lot of music CD's. Or should I say, a whole load of R&B albums. Then, a whole stretch of amazingly interesting musicals. I was so tempted I tell you.

It was also interesting to see Window's new OS, the Vista in an operating laptop. It looked really classy. And I hate to say this, but it is like mimicking the Mac OS. OK. I admit that my views are biased. Since I'm a Mac person.

Was big daddy taxi-fied when we realized that the busses were no longer running when we were about to go back. I must say that it was rude of the operator. His attitude when serving us. I think he said something about how he was in a bad mood. And I was thinking back then, why should we bear with his mood swings. Reminds me a lot of driver number 234 of the Night Owl service. Seriously, if I had the time, I'd send them a letter of grievance. No kidding.

Continued playing that game that I was playing earlier today. Came back. Typed a word or two for the advance press release. Randomly re-watched movie. And started blogging. Will probably work on the homework until I'm done because I have a lot to prepare for Tuesday.

All right. Seems like no one else is responding to the previous post. So, I'm going to tell you what it was for. it's a label designed to label spicy condiments (in the form of powder). And I planned to use the label on sacks that has stencil spray on them. Will show you the result of the thing when I'm completely done with it.

Settled with housing. At least for now. Ate, then went for badminton for about 2+ hours. Came back. Went for dinner. Met with Christina. It was good to talk to her. Then 2 movies in a row. Both were hilarious. But I feel that there were still some scenes in the movie that bored me out. Maybe I was just tired from sports earlier today.

STUPID [watashiwa]

Anyways, I just realized that I've done the stupidest thing ever!
I went to the library to get some books that contained pictures of dogs. Just a little research before I work on my freelance work (my friend asked if I could do illustrations for her mom's story book). Good news is I get paid $200 for a 30 someting page. Plus a copy of the book. And my name printed in the credits page.

Who cares about the commission. That's not my main point anyways. Ok. So, like I said, I went to look for the books. When I came back, I started googling stuf again. Everything that was associated with the name of the given breed was associated with DUCKS. Then I thought, oh yes, she mentioned about how it layed eye. Then it came to my senses that dogs didn't lay eggs. So, it was totally stupid for me to lend an atlast of dog breed of the world from the library. GEEZ. Nonetheless, the illustration in that book looks pretty good.

At the same time, I was looking at books about herbs and spices for another project. The I came across a condiment called "catsup". Guess what. That's supposedly, a native Malaysian sauce a.k.a ketchup. If you would, tomato sauce. I just can't understand the minds of the author of these books. Trying to name as many condiments that are the same. Simply hilarious. There's really pretty illustration in these books tho. I'm an herb freak now! LOL

On the side note: not trying to be boastful, but the exam was "ice kacang." Was not worth burning the midnight oil. LOL

Thank you all for worrying about me. I was just a little upset with the fact that the jewel of my watch cracked. It was afterall, a watch that I treasure a lot. It was the result of a little accident (I slipped, and fell flat on the ground) a couple of days ago. I must admit that I've also been stressed out due to several other reasons. But, I can now tell all of you, with a smiling face, that I'm fine. Don't worry, I'll be all right :)

MSU, HKI members at U-Mich (HKSA) vs MSU (HKI) Basketball tournament

A rather windy weekend

THURSDAY Dinner with Adeline, Alan, MayChia, WeiMing, EeFoong, and Brian–in conjunction with Adeline's birthday– at Golden Wok. Food was pretty good. Went to play badminton shortly after–when LinPei, WeiYi and Joe joined us–at IM East. Two of the three bio-technicians left for Udon, followed by a number of us, which ultimately left Brian and LinPei playing badminton until the IM close at midnight.

FRIDAY Went to class. Then to speednetworking. Met with interesting individuals. Should probably start composing some follow up letters after I'm done with my work. Then, played squash with Tim for a while. I continued after he left, for about an hour and a half or so. Went to dinner with Desmond. Adeline came by–to give us a ride home, because it was too cold out (it was really nice of her)–having accompanied both of us to CVS, then to Udon.

SATURDAY Went to Ann Arbor to witness a basketball match. It was rather, slow, it you would. Nevertheless, it was something different for the weekend. Of course, it was interesting to see the vast different between our campus and U-Mich's campus. Pizza and Gatorade anyone? LOL.

TODAY Attempted to finish up homework. Finish most of the homework for PR. Most of the homework for Econs. Half of the exam materials for Thursday. Watched X-Men 2 (I believe). Ate dinner. Played some games. A rather addicting one, if you would. Took the midnight bus. And here I am, updating the rest of the things that were done today.
